Deciding to invest in therapy is a big decision.

You may have spent a long time considering whether or not this was the right choice for you. Aside from the financial cost, you probably know that the therapeutic process also asks of you, at various times, to be to be intentional, to be honest, and to be vulnerable.

If you’re willing to show up and be present with whatever arises, you are well on your way to a successful course of therapy.

Your individualized therapy treatment can last anywhere from a few weeks to a few years, with a typical course of treatment landing somewhere between 6 months and 2 years.

As an established client, you will receive a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) to provide you with an idea of your financial investment over the course of a year. I see most clients weekly, and some twice per week. The cadence of our meetings will factor into your GFE.

I am considered an Out-of-Network (OON) Provider. I am not contracted with insurance companies, but I will happily provide you with a Superbill.

Below are some questions you may want to ask your insurance company in regards to OON providers:

Do I have to meet a deductible in order for OON providers to be covered? If so, what is it? How much have I met so far?

Is the OON deductible different than the In Network deductible?

Is Telehealth covered or only in-person services?
